2015 Year in Review

What an amazing year it's been.  If you're like me, you have thousands of pictures on your phone.  I still use a normal digital camera every now and then, but most of my favorite moments are captured instantly on my phone.  Looking through all of the pictures over the past year reminded me of all of the precious moments I've been able to experience with my friends and family and makes me excited for the year ahead.  I hope you're ready for a lot of pictures! It was hard to just pick one picture to reflect each month.

January

We took Vincent to his first Gasparilla.  Our friends, the Meyers, host an annual bash at their South Tampa home every year, and it was so fun!!  He loved watching the parade and collecting the beads. Time spent with some of my favorite girls is always a plus.

February

Mike and I took a trip to DC.  It wasn't crowded, because it was freezing, not the normal time of year for tourists.  We got to see snow, some family friends, all the historic sites, and have some much needed quality time.

Vincent's first bike ride on our new bikes

Fun at the zoo in the rain with Grandpa celebrating his birthday!

March
Celebrating Nana's birthday

Park time with his BFF Mia

In Florida, in March, we start going back to the pool

Playing outside

Papa Florio came for a visit and gave Vincent his first golf lesson

April

Mommy's cousins Beth and Mia came to visit us from Cincinnati and we purchased our annual passes to Busch Gardens.  We spent A LOT of time at Busch Gardens this year, probably why Vincent loves Elmo so much.

Easter Sunday

Celebrating Grandma Monica's 100th Birthday was probably one of the highlights of the year.  It was so special to be able to spend this day celebrating her and her legacy.

May

Mommy and Daddy took another mini vacation to Chicago for a long weekend and enjoyed our visit to the windy city.

More visits to see Elmo, this time with our BFF

We ended the month surprising Daddy with a beach weekend at Indian Rocks Beach with some of our closest friends, the Perez's, to celebrate his 35th birthday.  It was a great few days of sun and fun and gave me inspiration that one day we will be successful enough to have our own beach condo for weekend getaways.

June
Mike became a Godfather to Gabriel Spangler.  A special day to spend with some of our close friends, and a great honor for Mike.

Yep, found out we were expecting AGAIN!!!

Park time with Mommy and Vincent

July
We shared our exciting news about becoming a family of four with our family and friends

More trips to see Elmo!

August
We took Vincent to the Bucs mini-camp practice session

I finished one of the most humbling, eye-opening, enlightening experiences of my life.  This month I completed my 200 hr RYT teacher training.  Was so lucky to have gone through this experience with each of these beautiful souls.

We finished the month celebrating our little man turning two with our family.

September
After visiting with my family in Orlando, we took Vincent to his first Disney experience over Labor Day weekend to Downtown Disney and had a great annual cousins weekend with Mike's side of the family for our Fantasy Football Draft.

My BFF got engaged!

and we celebrated at Luke Bryan :)

October

My parents took me to the FSU vs. Louisville game for my birthday gift.  It was a great time re-visiting my Alma Mater and spending time in Tallahassee with them.

We found out that Baby Flo #2 is a GIRL!!

and we celebrated Halloween with our mini Michael Jackson (looking at these pics makes me realize how quick he's grown this year and I'm so glad I have them to look back on)

November

First Phoenix Suns game in Phoenix with my love for our babymoon and last mini-vacation of the year

We got to spend some time with our BFFCs in Las Vegas

Finally got to see the Neon Graveyard in Vegas.  This sign is a portion of the Moulin Rouge, but the pieces left say "In Love"

Vincent got to go to Walt Disney World for the first time, and he's still talking about it today.

We spent Thanksgiving with Mike's family in Coral Springs. I am so thankful for these two!

December
The tradition of Chi Chi the Elf started at our house, and it was so fun to see Vincent excited to look for him every morning.  It was not fun toward the end trying to remember to move him each night.

Merry Christmas!

A growing bump pic before all of our Christmas decorations come down.

2016 is sure to be an amazing year for our family and I can't wait to see all of the changes it brings.  2015 was definitely a "year of change" for the Florio's, and we couldn't have made it without the love and support from each and every one of you.  Wishing everyone a very happy new year!

XO
